"NASHTA TOU MUST HAI"


I. HUNGAMI HALWA PURI
Halwa Puri is a traditional breakfast. Halwa is made by roasting semolina in ghee, then adding
sugar syrup and cooking until thick. Puri is prepared by kneading flour into a dough, rolling into
circles, and deep-frying. Serve both hot for a delicious meal.

II. DIL DIL PAKISTAN OMELETE
Omelette is a quick breakfast dish. Beat eggs with salt, pepper, and chopped onions or green
chilies. Pour into a hot, greased pan and cook until set. Flip if needed. Serve hot with bread or paratha.

III. LACHAYDAR PARATHA
Lachha paratha is a flaky, layered flatbread. Knead flour with salt and water into a soft dough,
rest it for 20 minutes. Roll out, apply ghee, fold and coil to create layers. Roll again and cook on
a hot tawa with ghee until golden and crisp.

"HALKAY PHULKAY SNACKS"


I. MASTANAY BUNKABAB
Bun kebab is a popular Pakistani street food. Cook spicy beef or chicken kebab patties on a
hot pan. Lightly toast buns with butter, then layer with chutney, sliced onions, tomatoes,
lettuce, and the kebab. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.

II. CHATPATA CHANA CHAAT
Chana chaat is a tangy, spicy snack. Mix boiled chickpeas with chopped onions, tomatoes,
green chilies, and coriander. Add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, and tamarind chutney
to taste. Toss well and serve fresh for a delicious treat.

III. TIP TOP THELA FRIES
Thela fries are a spicy street-style snack. Fry thinly cut potatoes until golden and crispy. In a
bowl, mix them with chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and chopped onions,
tomatoes, and green chilies. Toss well and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

IV. MAYO-DAAR ROLL
Homemade mayo roll is a creamy and tasty snack. Fill a paratha or flatbread with cooked
chicken strips, sliced onions, cucumbers, and lettuce. Add generous mayonnaise and a drizzle
of chili or garlic sauce. Roll it tightly and serve fresh.

I. EPIC CHICKEN KHAO SUEY
Chicken khowsuey is a flavorful Burmese-inspired dish. Cook chicken in a spiced coconut
milk curry until tender. Boil egg noodles separately and place them in a bowl. Pour the curry
over the noodles, then top with boiled eggs, fried onions, green chilies, coriander, lemon juice,
and crispy papri. Serve hot for a rich, comforting meal.

II. FEELS-LIKE-HOME DALL CHAWAL
Daal chawal is a simple, comforting meal. Boil lentils with salt, turmeric, and water until soft,
then temperwith fried onions, garlic, cumin, and red chili. Serve the hot daal over freshly
cooked white rice, with pickle or salad on the side.

III. DEEWANI CHICKEN BIRYANI
Chicken biryani is a fragrant, spiced rice dish. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic
paste, and spices, then cook with onions, tomatoes, and green chilies. Parboil rice with whole
spices, then layer it over the chicken. Add saffron or food color, steam (dum) until cooked,
and serve hot with raita or salad.

IV. SHANDAR SMOKED QEEMA
Smoked qeema is a rich and aromatic minced meat dish. Cook minced beef or chicken with
onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices until tender. Place a hot coal in a small bowl
inside the pan, add a drop of oil on it, cover immediately to infuse the smoky flavor, then remove the coal.
Serve hot with naan or paratha.

V. VIP NIHARI
Nihari is a slow-cooked, spicy meat stew. Cook beef or mutton with onions, ginger-garlic
paste, and nihari masala, then add water and simmer for several hours until the meat is tender
and the gravy thick. Garnish with ginger, coriander, green chilies, and lemon juice. Serve hot
with naan for a hearty meal.

"KHAAS MEETHA"


I. GARAM GARAM GULAB JAMUN
Gulab jamun is a soft, syrupy dessert. Make a dough by mixing milk powder, flour, ghee, and
a little milk, then shape into small balls. Fry on low heat until golden brown, then soak in
warm sugar syrup flavored with cardamom and rose water. Serve warm or at room temperature.

II. MAZEDAAR MANGO TRIFFLE
Mango trifle is a fruity, layered dessert. In a dish, layer sponge cake pieces, mango puree, and
custard, then top with whipped cream and fresh mango chunks. Repeat the layers if desired,
chill in the fridge, and serve cold for a refreshing treat.

III. SOFT CAKE
Easy homemade cake is a soft and simple treat. Beat eggs, sugar, and oil or butter until fluffy,
then mix in flour, baking powder, and milk to form a smooth batter. Pour into a greased tin
and bake until golden and cooked through. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy plain or with frosting.

"KUCH THANDA KUCH GARAM"


I. HEAVY-DUTY LASSI
Lassi is a refreshing, creamy drink. Blend fresh yogurt with chilled water or milk, sugar, and a
touch of cardamom until smooth and frothy. Serve cold in a tall glass, garnished with chopped
nuts or a few saffron strands.

II. KARAK CHAI
Karak chai is a strong, creamy tea. Boil water with tea leaves, cardamom, and sugar, then add
milk and simmer until the flavor deepens. Strain into cups and serve hot for a rich, energizingdrink.

III. TAZA JUICES
Taza juices are fresh and refreshing drinks. Blend your choice of fruits like oranges, mangoes,
or watermelon with a little water or ice. Strain if needed, add sugar or honey to taste,
and serve chilled for a healthy, energizing refreshment.

IV. SULAIMANI KAHWA
Sulemani kehwa is a light, soothing tea. Boil water with green tea leaves, a slice of lemon, and
a pinch of crushed cardamom or cinnamon. Let it simmer for a minute, strain into cups, and
serve hot for a refreshing, calming drink.
